The consultation was truly excellent. Based on our previously stated preferences, they selected the exact rings that matched our taste. My wife and I stumbled upon the Schmuckland branch in Lübeck quite by chance during our vacation. Since we'd been looking for new wedding rings for a while, we spotted steel and gold rings in the window, similar to the ones we'd had before, but which weren't looking so great after 20 years. We inquired about new rings and received very friendly and competent advice. After some deliberation, we decided on a new pair and arranged to have them shipped home after our vacation. The estimated delivery time was about four weeks, but it was significantly shorter. I was able to pick up the rings here after only about two weeks. A huge thank you for the fantastic service! I can wholeheartedly recommend a store like this. Besides the many lovely little extras that came with the rings, the packaging definitely deserves a mention. I think I could have easily thrown the package five meters through the air against a wall without anything even remotely happening. We were particularly impressed by the patience and calm with which they took their time for us. There was never any pressure – quite the opposite: they always worked with us to find the perfect rings, both in terms of appearance and price. We actually visited the store several times and met with various employees and the owner over the years. And every single person was equally kind, friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. You can simply tell that they work with heart. Every adjustment was discussed thoroughly, options were presented transparently, and we never felt uncomfortable or like we were asking "too much." We also thought it was wonderful that they even made sample rings for us – that's truly not something you can take for granted. The service was simply first-class.
